We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. And our top priority at The Toner Company is to ensure the satisfaction and happiness of each and every one of our customers. To make that happen, we have made the process of returning and exchanging TTC toner cartridges easy and hassle-free.

We don't require that you complete any long, arduous paperwork, and we won't even ask you why you want to return your toner cartridge. We are so confident in the service and goods we provide that we know you will feel likewise.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with a toner cartridge, simply call your account executive, toll-free, at: 866.618.6637, and he/she will arrange for return shipping labels to be sent.

TTC guarantees for up to one (1) full year that your toner cartridges will function properly. And with our 30-day net billing, you are assured of a completely risk-free experience for the first month after receiving our products.

All we ask is that you return the toner cartridge to us, at our expense, and we will promptly send you a new one or fully refund your money. The choice is entirely yours.

Please follow the instructions as indicated on your return label and carefully place the toner cartridge you wish to return in the same manner in the shipping box as it originally was sent.

Your return will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days after it is received at our headquarters. If we receive back your item on a national holiday, it will start to be processed the following business day.

It's always best to include a copy of your invoice with your return, and to keep a copy of the invoice for your records. If you have lost or misplaced your invoice, please call your account executive, and a new one will be sent immediately via e-mail or facsimile.

Here's a checklist to assist you when returning an item to us:

  • Have you remembered to affix your return mailing label to the box?
  • Have you remembered to enclose a copy of your TTC invoice and to keep a copy for your own office's records?
  • Have you remembered to safely and securely package the toner you are returning?
  • Have you remembered to contact your account executive to let him/her notate your account that a return is pending?
  • Have you remembered to enclose all of the original packing/packaging materials in which your toner was originally shipped?
  • Have you remembered to indicate to your account executive whether you would like a replacement sent or a refund issued?
