The following questions are the ones we find our customers and prospective customers most often asking our account executives. We hope this page proves helpful. How are you able to offer such low prices?
Volume. Our prices are some of the lowest in the industry because of our vast purchasing power. While we sell some office equipment and supplies, toner is what we specialize in. We have thousands of customers in the United States, for whom we've saved millions of dollars over the last two decades.

Can I use a different toner brand than the company that made my printer?
Absolutely. The original equipment manufacturers are the highest-priced vendors when it comes to replacing the toner cartridges in your laser jet printers. It's important to keep in mind there are dozens of manufacturers that make compatible replacements that work just as well as the OEM brand, if not better.

Do you offer next-day shipping?
Yes. If you would like to receive your order more expeditously than our standard delivery service, please let your account executive know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The fee for next-day delivery varies by the weight and the dimensions of your parcel.

How much of a difference is there in quality between OEM toner versus compatible toner?
Sometimes, there is no perceptable variance in quality. Most of the compatible toner cartridges we sell produce the same exact quality as their OEM cartridge counterparts. If you purchase compatible toner from us and believe it doesn't meet or exceed the standards of the OEM brand, simply return it to us for a full refund within one (1) year.

How can I ensure my used toner cartridges get recycled?
Simply send them back to us. We will supply you with the shipping labels and even absorb the cost of sending your used toner cartridges back to us. We care about the environment and hope all of our customers do likewise.

Why would anyone ever buy OEM toner if compatibles are so much cheaper and better for the environnment?
Well, no one should buy OEM toner. By supporting the compatible toner industry, we can reduce wasted space in landfills and drastically cut back on the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Compatible toner is also considerably less expensive than OEM brands.

Are the yields the same on compatible toner as the OEM toner?
The compatible toner cartridges we sell are guaranteed to meet or exceed the yields of their OEM cartridge counterparts. The yield of every toner cartridge we sell is clearly displayed on the product-box.

How long does the warranty last on TTC products?
You can return unopened toner back to us within sixty (60) days. If you've opened a box of toner and started to use it in your machine, then become dissatisfied for any reason, we allow you to return it for a full refund with no questions asked within one (1) year. Empty cartridges are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Can I order toner online?
We ask that you call us toll-free at: 1.866.618.6637 to open a new account and place your first order. TTC account executives are all knowledgeable and it's their job to help you purchase the right toner for your office machines at the lowest possible price. Once your account is created, future orders may be placed via telephome, e-mail, fax, or text-message.
