Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise specified, The Toner Company will ship all orders via standard (ground) delivery. With our standard delivery service, customers should expect to receive their orders within two (2) to five (5) business days. In most instances, orders will be received within 48 hours; additional time should be expected for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

There is absolutely no shipping charge for any order of $150.00 or more.

Our no-cost shipping service includes delivery of your order to the address that appears on each shipping label, provided it is a commercial office building with an elevator (if need be). If your order requires additional service, please speak with your account executive to arrange for acceptance of any additional applicable fees.

Orders placed for less than $150.00 shall incur the actual shipping cost levied to us by either Federal Express or UPS, whichever service provider is used. The minimum delivery charge is $9.95 for order 10 pounds or less.

We always reserve the right to determine the delivery method used to fulfill your order. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puero Rico typically can expect to receive their orders within five (5) business days.

All orders that are placed before 3 p.m. ET on any weekday (Monday through Friday) shall be processed that same day. Orders placed after that cut-off time, on national holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day), or on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the next business day.

In most instances, next-day delivery will be available. The cost of next-day delivery shall be incured entirely by customers, regardless of the amount of the order. The exact price of each next-day delivery will be determined by either Federal Express or UPS, and is based on the size and weight of each order, as well as any insurance that may be required for the parcel. Please indicate that you would like next-day shipping when speaking with your account executive and he/she will let you know what the exact additional cost will be.

To track your order, simply use the tracking code provided by your account executive, then visit the appropriate website (Federal Express or UPS).

Should your items arrive in more than one shipment, each box shall contain a separate packingh slip indicating what is contained in that shipment. The entirety of your order, however, will be included on the invoice we subsequently remit to your office.

We apologize for any confusion that may ensue because your order was divided into multiple shipments. Please be mindful that we have more than a dozen fulfillment centers throughout the United States and that certain products may require different storage structures.

Because of that factor, your order may be shipped from any one of our fulfillment centers or directly from the vendor of certain merchandise.

You are never charged an additional fee when we divide an order into multiple shipments. The dividing of items is based on the aforementioned factors, and we do not believe customers should ever be penalized for this practice.

We want you to receive your merchandise as soon as possible. Although it may cause an inconvenience, please understand that dividing your order into multiple shipments often times allows your toner cartridges to arrive faster.

At this time, TTC operates solely in the United States, and its website, products, and prices are intended only for domestic consumption. Therefore, we do not ship or bill to international addresses. TTC delivers exclusively to actual street addresses (no P.O. Boxes or APOs/FPOs, please).

To ensure the safety of your shipment, it's always best to have someone available to sign for orders during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET. UPS and Federal Express may deliver to home-business addresses as late as 7:00 p.m. ET. If no one is available to sign for receipt of your order, drivers may leave a note with instructions on how you can receive your order or you will be contacted with a re-delivery day and time.

If you already have placed an order and know that your office will be closed or that no one will be available to receive your goods, please call your account executive immediately and we will attempt to re-schedule your delivery date.
